- BY CAR:
- From EDINBURGH, GLASGOW, DUNDEE, THE SOUTH (ENGLAND) take all routes to Perth, take A9 going North, exit for CARRBRIDGE after Aviemore. Follow signs for Carrbridge. Turn left onto Station Road immediately before the Bridge in the centre of town, across from The Spar general store. Watch for our sign.
- From INVERNESS, ABERDEEN, THE NORTH take THE A9 going South, exit for CARRBRIDGE. Turn right onto Station Road immediately after the Bridge in the centre of town, across from The Spar general store watch for our sign.
- BY TRAIN
- From EDINBURGH, GLASGOW, DUNDEE, THE SOUTH take Scotrail or Great North Eastern Railways (GNER) trains bound for Inverness.
Many Scotrail trains stop right here in Carr Bridge with a five minute walk to MellonPatch. If you call ahead we'll even pick you up at the station. Alternatively you can get off in Aviemore a 10 min drive away
- From INVERNESS, ABERDEEN, THE NORTH take Scotrail trains bound for Inverness. Change at Inverness for south bound trains serving Carr Bridge or Aviemore
- BY BUS:
- From EDINBURGH, GLASGOW, DUNDEE, THE SOUTH take Scottish Citilink or National Express buses bound for Inverness, alight at Aviemore, take local bus to Carr Bridge, alight at The Spar.
- From INVERNESS, ABERDEEN, THE NORTH take Scottish Citilink or National Express buses bound for EDINBURGH or GLASGOW, alight at Aviemore, take local bus to Carr Bridge, alight at The Spar.
- BY AIR:
- Inverness airport is served by several carriers. Cars can be rented at the airport. Follow 'by car' directions above for a half hour drive to Carr Bridge or use alternative transportation described above.
